There aren’t very many good binders from medium size chests, if you will, like B’s and C’s. However, what I can tell you is that the more you bind, the flatter your chest will get. A person friend of mine has a similar sized chest and is very thin. He wears a compression shirt, layers his clothes/wears baggy stuff, and hunches his shoulders a bit, and that works REALLY well. It works better than my binder does a lot of the time actually.
