I personally haven’t used the swim tank for swimming, since I am not its biggest fan when it comes to binding out of water in the first place. I still own mine though, so I can update with how it reacts to water.

Update: I recently went swimming in it. While the Swim Tank doesn’t roll up like the 997 does, it slides/rides up instead. You’ll still have to adjust unless you’re just chilling in a jacuzzi or something. It seemed to bind just as well as it did before getting wet, but I don’t get a perfectly flat chest when binding with the Swim Tank. Because of that, the overshirt clings to my chest and makes things more visible, which makes me really uncomfortable. I have seen a review of the Swim Tank where it worked perfectly for the person. Every body is different.
